在苏斯兰能源中国,他全面负责公司从领导力到生产、销售,项目,客服及的内部培训和客户技术培训。他还全面主持了公司综合能力评估,建立了工程师和管理团队的能力发展体系。此外,他还承担了相关的管理,服务和销售课程。

2005-2006年,他在西门子管理学院任高级培训师,担任客户服务和销售方面的

培训课程讲授及相关的课程开发和定制,为自动化驱动,医疗,交通运输,通信等西门子主要的业务集团和合资公司进行了系统地客户服务和销售培训。这之前,他带领用友培训部在标准化建设,课程开发,师资培养方面取得了突破,并很好地完成了销售目标;截止到2005年,用友和200所院校共建了ERP软件实验室。赵先生于1996-2002年在诺基亚中国网络业务担任北方区培训及大中国区培训经理,这五年,培训中心都超额完成任务,北京培训中心于1998年获诺基亚全球培训中心综合评比第二名。这期间,他主导了为中国移动,中国联通系统内的诺基亚客户开展的能力评估与发展项目。其中为北京、河南、福建、浙江、云南移动公司做的能力评估和能力发展项目得到了移动公司的高度评价。

Mr. Zhao Wenzhong has almost   30 years business experiences in multinational companies and private enterprises with the following   main responsibilities:

ØSenior Training Manger, Suzlon Energy.

ØTraining General Manager, Ufida Software   Co., ltd

ØGreater China Training Manager, Nokia Networks.

At Suzlon Energy China, he took   full charge of   internal and external trainings coving that from Leadership, production, sales, service ,   to   the technical training for   customers . He also conducted

an overall assessment and built relevant training and career development paths, especially for site engineers and the management team.

From 2005-2006, he worked as the Senior Trainer at Siemens Management Institute, developing

and delivering service and sales training programs. The programs for Automation and Drive,

Telecom and Medical groups have been very successful.

Before that, he was GM of Training and Education   Dept of   Yonyou Software Co., The Dept reached   sales Target every year and made substantial progress in process ,product and competence development. Moreover, ERP Labs have been established with   200 universities.

Within 1996-2002, He was Training Manager of North and later Greater China at NOKIA Networks. During this period, he took the lead   in   product related competence assessment and development programs for   CMCC and China Unicom, and received good results   at Beijing, Henan, Fujian, Zhejiang and Yunnan projects.   The training team grew from 10 to 50 and achieved the sales target every year.   In 1998, Beijing Training Center got the Runner-up in Nokia Global Training Center Competition.
